Thanks Ben!

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Ben for bidding and winning my WordPress.com invite auction over at eBay. It was only $5.00, but every bit of it (I even matched the eBay winnings and fees) went to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.

It’s not much, but it’s something good going to something great! Thanks again Ben…everyone go visit his blog! :)

Content Moved

If you are here looking for my Bible/Christian study…don’t worry!  All the content is now on it’s own domain over at Christianswitha.com (yeah, I know…pretty clever huh?).  I have had some people who had wanted to contriubte to the site and share their experiences as well, so I had to move the content to a WordPress installation on it’s own.  This would allow me to customize the theme a little bit, add multiple authors, and take advantage of some great plugins.

I decided to cut the resources of my personal site in half, so that I could put my Christian study content as a subdomain (many thanks to Interknox for this type of setup).  Pretty cool stuff…  Anyways, if you are interested in becoming an author for the site, please contact me.  We’ve got a few authors who should be contributing over the next few days and we are excited about what’s coming.  Forums should be online soon, as well.  Go visit!!!

Web space

I realized tonight that I have practically so much webspace, that I’ll never fill it. Kind of like my 60gig Photo iPod. WAY too much space…although some of you will try to convince me that YOU could fill it for me. Anyways, I’m trying to think of things to post on my new blog space over here at WordPress.com. Not only do I have an account at Interknox Networks, I have a lifetime account over at TextDrive, space here, and a ClarkConnect box at work that has over 120gigs storage and unlimited bandwidth. Anyways, I’ll think of stuff to post here over time. I will say though, WordPress is freakin’ awesome…period.

BTW…did you ever notice that on Futurama, they never discuss the atmosphere (oxygen) of the planet they are going to…they just seem to “know” what the planet is like?! LOL…what a great cartoon. Oh, that Coke commercial that shows those kids making a “documentary” has got to be the dumbest thing EVER.
